This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to communicate complex solutions to business stakeholders, and the flexibility to support US clients during the 2nd shift (2 PM 11 PM IST). Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Architecture Lead the design and architecture of reputed company CPQ implementations, ensuring solutions align with business requirements and best practices. Hands-on Development Configure and customize reputed company CPQ solutions, including product catalog setup, pricing models, rules configuration, and quote templates. reputed company Integration Integrate reputed company CPQ with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud using REST APIs and middleware tools. Business Collaboration Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver scalable solutions. Process Optimization Optimize Quote-to-Cash (QTC) workflows, including subscription management, amendments, renewals, and billing processes. Data Migration & Reporting Lead data migration efforts from legacy systems to reputed company CPQ and design custom reporting solutions. Team Collaboration Work closely with offshore and onshore teams to ensure smooth project delivery and knowledge sharing. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in reputed company Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and reputed company CPQ . Strong knowledge of REST APIs and experience integrating reputed company CPQ with reputed company and third-party systems . Understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes, including quoting, amendments, renewals, billing, and revenue recognition. Experience with Apex, Lightning Flows, and Process Builder for reputed company integrations. Ability to design scalable, business-centric solutions and clearly communicate technical concepts to stakeholders. Comfortable working the 2nd shift (2 PM 11 PM IST) to support US clients.
